Consent

Children should not be sent to the club if they are unwell.
Parents must be available (or have someone available) to immediately collect a child if they show signs of illness.
Children must bring their own helmet/hurley (spares provided for those who don't have them)
All children should have raingear and/or suncream applied in advance.
Children will be outside regardless of the weather, but we reserve the right to cancel a day if it is particularly wet.
While we acknowledge that these are children and minor misbehaviors will naturally occur and be dealt with, we do reserve the right to suspend/remove a child where their misbehavior/disrespect is continuously disrupting the smooth running of the camp or where a single incident of significant scale has occurred.
